Private Ghost Hunts
This is for experienced Paranormal Investigation teams and is offered in three different packages. Your team may consist of up to fifteen participants. Each participant over 15 will be charged an additional $50.00. Each participant is required to complete a Registration Form / Liability Waiver prior to entering the building. Once each participant has read and signed the Registration Form / Liability Waiver and your final balance has be collected in CASH, your team will be given a guided tour of the facility. Upon completion of the tour you’re released to begin the investigation. Registration begins at 9:30pm. You are NOT required to purchase individual liability insurance.
To purchase an investigation please select a date from the calendar and a package, then e-mail us to verify the date at uppdr@yahoo.com You will then be required to send a non-refundable deposit (deducted from your balance) within 7 days after booking your investigation. The final balance will be due in CASH upon your arrival to the Opera House.
ANYONE ENTERING THE OPERA HOUSE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OR ALCOHOL AND/OR DRUGS WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES. THEY WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REIMBURSEMENTS OR REFUNDS FOR ANY MONEY PAID. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE ALCOHOL AND/OR DRUG FREE WHEN ENTERING THE TWIN CITY OPERA HOUSE. THIS RULE WILL STRONGLY BE ENFORCED!!!

Public Ghost Hunts
Ever thought about spending the night in a haunted Opera House? These hunts are designed for folks who are not members of a Paranormal Team. Our Public Ghost Hunts last from 10:00 pm to 3:00 am and the check-in time is 9:30 pm. After everyone is registered and divided into groups, guides will assist you in your exploration of this historic building. After a brief paranormal tour you will be with one of our experienced ghost hunting guides. Our guides are here to ensure that you have a positive and safe evening. Some equipment will be provided and you are welcome to bring your own. Everyone should bring a small flashlight for navigating in the dark. Everyone is required to act in a respectful manner or they will be asked to leave without a refund.
