When this preliminary business is done your group will be given a tour throughout the Opera House. The time of this tour will depend on how many questions your group has and how much information you want to know about the Opera House and its Hauntings.
After the tour is completed you will be able to set up your equipment and get prepared for your investigation. When you are ready to start the investigation you will need to let one of the Hosts know and they will turn off the lights inside the Opera House. A Host will be there throughout the night if you should have any questions or problems. In no way will the Host(s) interfere with your investigation. They will stay put in the lobby area of the Opera House while your investigation is going on, unless you request their assisstance.

There are many spirits that haunt the Twin City Opera House. The most notorious ghost is Everett Miller who was an usher at the Opera House for 30 years.
The catwalk has two ghosts that communicate with investigators; 10 year-old Elizabeth and 30 year old Robert. We have no historical information about these two spirits. Elizabeth likes to giggle and drop the temperature in the catwalk. Robert talks about drinking Red Wine quite often.
According to an old article there was a gentleman by the name of John Leezer who was stabbed to death in the ballroom back in the early 1900’s. Big Band Music has also been heard by investigators and also captured on voice recorders. Old time jingles, a piano being played, spirits talking about dancing and many other strange occurences the happen in the Ballroom.
The basement consists of a more sinister spirit who appears in the form of a Black Mass we call Charlie. This darker entity was featured on the BIO Channels "My Ghost Story Caught on Camera". It has been seen dozens of times and in the summer of 2009 was captured by a DVR System on 2 different cameras. Growls have been captured on audio voice recorders. It has also told people to “Get Out” on numerous occasions. There is both Intelligent and Residual Haunts at the Twin City Opera House. A female apparition in a white robe has been seen numerous times crossing the stage and going up the stairs to the catwalk area.
There IS ELECTRICITY in the Opera House. You will also have the run of the Opera House with your group. There will be a representative from (U.P.P.) there for the tour, to operate the concessions stand, to answer questions, and to lock up when the investigation is over. Groups MUST PROVIDE their own paranormal equipment. The building is heated, however you may want to wear a coat in the cooler months as it does get chilly in this big building. There is no air conditioning in the building so the 3rd floor ball-room can be a bit stuffy in the summer months.
NO OUIGA BOARDS ARE PERMITTED WITHIN
